What should I prepare for my initial writing/editing consultation?

I am happy to work with writers at any stage of their process! Our initial conversation will be most productive if you are able to describe the scope and length of your project, your intended audience, problem areas, and any stylistic requirements or preferences. Please also share your ideal timeline and any hard deadlines.

Do you offer small group fitness training?

Absolutely! Fitness is more fun with friends, and I am happy to work with up to four people at a time. Workouts will be adjusted to accommodate each person's ability, but please be aware that individual instruction will be slightly limited. 

What should I prepare for my initial fitness consultation?

We will begin each fitness consultation with a conversation about your goals, fitness history, exercise likes/dislikes, and any injuries or limitations. We will then conduct a brief fitness assessment to help me determine a starting point for your training. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
